Stuffed Fillet of Irish Pork, with a horse chestnut & sage stuffing, cider & apple sauce on a champ mash and honey roasted vegetables.
10oz County Cork Hereford Steak, with Portobello mushroom, beer battered onion rings and gratin potatoes, served with garlic butter or brandy pepper sauce. (€5 supplement)
